WHEN DOES THE CHALLENGE START?
April 30th, 2018.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
6 weeks: April 30th thru June 10th.
DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
Yes, you need a jump rope, a pair of Dumbbells, a Sandbag ( optional but recommended), a pull up bar. We sell a package of all items here:  
It is recommended that you get a food scale for your portion measurement.
WHAT IS THE DAILY REQUIREMENT?
We recommend that you set aside 30-45 minutes a day for the physical training and 20-30 for food prep.
Do I NEED TO BE A FACEBOOK MEMBER FOR THIS CHALLENGE?
Yes. The team aspect and social connection is essential to your success. We recommend that if you are not a social media person, that you sign up temporarily for Facebook and shut it down when we finish.
WILL MARK DIVINE BE A PART OF THE CHALLENGE?
Yes, Mark will lead you through the Bootcamp series and appear as an expert guest within the challenge. 
WILL THIS CHALLENGE PREPARE ME FOR KOKORO OR A CRUCIBLE CHALLENGE?
This event is a stepping stone to the crucible pipeline. Fully completing the Bootcamp series at full weight and RX ability recommendations plus a running program, will prepare you for a 20X crucible. Training for KOKORO takes many months of very rigorous training with other programs through SEALFIT in order to properly prepare.
CAN ANY FITNESS LEVEL DO THIS CHALLENGE?
Yes! This challenge is meant to train and test all athletes and novices alike. This challenge is focused on progressive learning and educating participants to hone in on their fitness and nutrition form many different angles fitting every persons unique needs and goals.
CAN VEGETARIANS DO THIS CHALLENGE?
Yes!
DO YOU HAVE TO COOK TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE?
 It is recommend that you have a general ability to cook or area to do so but it is not absolutely necessary.
CAN I DO THIS CHALLENGE WITHOUT A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
 Yes, equipment and spacial requirements are minimal.
IS THIS SAFE FOR MY CHILDREN TO DO?
 We do not recommend that children partake in the Boot Camp physical training under the age of 17.
HOW DO I GET MY PRIVATE QUESTIONS ANSWERED?
 You can email [email protected] for all private questions.
DO I HAVE TO COUNT CALORIES?
 No but you will work towards portion balance and control. This will require measuring some food and a some training.
WHAT SORT OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?
If followed properly, you can expect more muscle definition, possible weight loss or muscle conversion, and more energy. You can expect to get a thorough understanding of the basics of diet and fitness, visualization and breath control and so much more.
